• Products that drive traffic into your dealership
• Training
• Product Warranties
• Sales support
• National PR efforts
• Factory website for educating dealership staff and the public

General Minimum Criteria for Consideration:

Facility

1. Location must meet minimum standards for traffic count, population, zoning, and aesthetics.
2. Facility must have a certain minimum space dedicated to displaying and selling TriRod products.
3. Facility must have a service department with certified v-twin technicians.
4. Building that houses dealership must be dedicated strictly to motorcycle sales and service related business.

Financial

1. The business must meet minimum financial criteria including debt ratios and unrestricted funds amount.
2. The business must meet minimum cash or credit availability of $200,000 to floor plan TriRod Motorcycles.

Dealership

1. Ownership – at least 50% owner must be present at dealership to oversee day to day operations.

Requirements for Dealers

• Attend an annual factory training meeting
• Meet minimum sales goals
• Maintain equipment and parts necessary to service motorcycles
• Adhere to logo and branding guidelines
• Adhere to Dealer Agreement
